Since September, I’ve transitioned from being a stay-at-home mom who barely left the house without my kids, to a student in Yoga Teacher Training to a part-time working mom. For the first few months, I struggled leaving my kids, even when they were fine. Now I’ve settled into a better rhythm. It helps that I work directly across the street from my home, and the kids can come visit me. Despite being so close to home, I don’t have enough time during my break at work to come home for meals. Being on a simple budget, we don’t have the money for me to regularly buy my lunch. I kid you not, the most frustrating thing about getting ready for work and getting out the door in a timely fashion, with two toddlers trying to climb me, is my food storage container situation. I don’t know how it is humanly possible for lids and/ or containers to disappear without my husband or me taking them out of our home ourselves, but somehow we have an inordinate amount of lids without containers and container without lids.

It’s gotten to the point where I’ve resorted to carrying my food in a container with cling wrap over it and just hoped for the best.
Suffice it to say, when I was contacted to do a review on Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids, I jumped at the opportunity! I was sent their 24 PIECE SET including lids. In this package were twelve containers in six different sizes.

All of the lids click on to the bottom of the containers and other lids to ensure they are kept together when stored. When in use, they fit on the container in a fashion typical to all food storage containers.
Since receiving the package, I have had to work six days in a row and have used them for a variety of meals. Each time, I have been thrilled with how well my food has travelled. Food I have left in the fridge at work days later is still as fresh as it was the day I left it. I highly recommend these containers for your family and, if you’re like me, for your own sanity 😉
